If you can buy the far fetched premise then you’re in for what is essentially a quirky romantic thriller, with high stakes when Adaline’s modern lover Ellis Jones played by Game of Thrones Michiel Huisman has something in common with one of Adaline’s past lovers that threatens to be revealed.
