So one of the most anticipated films of the year is finally here…

Is it worth the wait? HELL YES!

Chris Pratt has bulked up since voicing Emmett in The Lego Movie and he’s in top form along with a kooky cast of misfit desperadoes who embark on what is basically a chase for close to two hours.

This film looked interesting on paper, could have been a disaster, but James Gunn directing just his third feature film shows his understanding and love of the sci-fi and comedy genres. There’;s a whole bunch of reasons it’s been referred to as a Star Wars for a new generation.

It’s a film to see on the Big Screen, in 3D, at least once.
