Fading Gigolo – Written & Directed by John Turturro

Is it just me or does the idea of Woody Allen playing a pimp make your skin crawl?

This film is less believable than the Captain America sequel or the latest Transformers movie.

I could more likely believe in the existence of aliens, giant robots and clandestine government agencies operating with their own budget and agenda, than I can John Turturro’s middle aged movie that reeks of self indulgence about becoming a male prostitute to make ends meet after being asked by his friend and ex-employer Murray, played by Woody Allen.

There was so little to like about this film for me, thankfully it’s a short review.

The Worst.
